“Picture Your Weed, We’ll Spray It for Free” Promotion

Golden Green LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) offers a limited promotional service where individuals may submit a photo of a weed for identification and receive a one-time complimentary spot treatment (the ‘Promotion’). By participating in this Promotion, you (‘Participant’) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1Scope of Service
This promotion includes:
- Identification of a weed based on a customer-submitted photo
- One-time spot treatment of the identified weed
This offer applies to a single weed or small affected area only and does not include full lawn treatment or ongoing service.
Broadleaf Weeds Only
This promotion applies only to common broadleaf lawn weeds that Golden Green LLC determines are appropriate for a one-time promotional spot treatment.
Examples may include weeds such as dandelion, clover, plantain, chickweed, spurge, ground ivy/creeping Charlie, wild violet, and similar broadleaf lawn weeds.
This promotion does NOT apply to grassy weeds, sedges, invasive grasses, or undesirable turf-type grasses, including but not limited to:
* Or any other grassy weed, sedge, or unwanted turfgrass that requires specialized treatment, renovation, suppression, or seasonal control.
Golden Green LLC reserves the right to determine whether a submitted weed qualifies for this promotion. If the submitted weed does not qualify, Golden Green LLC may still provide identification, education, and recommended treatment options, but the free spot treatment may not apply.
2No Guarantee of Results
Golden Green LLC provides professional lawn treatments designed to improve turf health. However, lawn results vary depending on several environmental and maintenance factors.
Golden Green LLC does not guarantee:
- Complete weed elimination
- Long-term weed control
- Perfect lawn appearance
- Accuracy of identification based solely on submitted photos
Results may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Soil conditions
- Shade levels
- Watering practices
- Mowing height
- Insect pressure
- Lawn disease
- Compacted soil
- Existing turf damage
- Neighboring weed pressure
- Untreated surrounding properties
3Environmental & Weather Limitations
Lawn care results may be delayed or reduced during periods of drought, extreme heat, excessive rainfall, or other environmental conditions outside of Golden Green LLC’s control.
During these periods, weed control applications may be slower than normal. Golden Green LLC will only apply weed treatments according to seasonal timing and professional standards.
4Weather and Scheduling
A “Picture Your Weed, We’ll Spray it for Free” treatment may be rescheduled due to weather conditions including rain, extreme heat, high winds, frozen ground/frost-covered turf, or unsafe application conditions.
Golden Green LLC reserves the right to adjust the treatment schedule to ensure safe and effective applications.
5Access to Property
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to their property. If our technician cannot access the property due to locked gates, pets in the yard, obstacles or hazards, or vehicles blocking access, the service may be skipped or rescheduled.
* Repeated access issues may result in additional service charges and/or schedule adjustments.
6Technician Safety & Property Conditions
Golden Green LLC technicians may postpone, reschedule, or decline service if property conditions present a safety concern, including excessively wet lawns, unsafe terrain, aggressive animals, debris or obstructions, or any hazardous condition that could endanger technicians or equipment.
7Pet and Safety Notice
Golden Green LLC applies lawn care products according to all label instructions and professional industry standards. For safety, customers should keep pets and children off treated lawn areas until the application has dried.
Golden Green recommends:
- Waiting 2–4 hours before allowing pets or children onto treated areas once dry (for necessary limited access).
- Waiting 24 hours for complete, unrestricted access for maximum safety.
Golden Green LLC is not responsible for issues that occur if these safety recommendations are not followed.
8Chemical Sensitivity & Neighbor Notification
- Individuals with chemical sensitivities or health concerns must notify Golden Green LLC prior to service.
- Customers are responsible for informing neighbors, visitors, tenants, or others who may access the property if they believe notification is appropriate.
9Pesticide Use and Safety Acknowledgment
Golden Green LLC applies lawn care products in accordance with all federal and state pesticide regulations and strictly follows manufacturer label instructions. Products used are approved for residential turf use when applied according to label directions.
By accepting service, the customer acknowledges that pesticide products will be applied to the property and agrees to keep children, pets, and others off treated areas until dry or until the recommended re-entry period has passed.
10Property Damage Disclaimer
Golden Green LLC technicians operate professional equipment designed to minimize risk to property. Golden Green LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden objects in the lawn, unmarked sprinkler heads, invisible dog fences, shallow irrigation lines, buried cables or utilities, landscape lighting wires, or pre-existing lawn or soil issues.
Customers are responsible for marking or identifying sensitive areas prior to service.
11Pre-Existing Lawn Conditions
Golden Green LLC is not responsible for turf decline caused by disease, insects (including grub or surface insect damage when preventative treatments were not purchased), drought stress, soil deficiencies, improper mowing, prior chemical applications, poor drainage, compacted soil, wildlife damage, improper watering, excessive shade, or pet urine.
13Limitation of Liability & Application Drift
Golden Green LLC’s liability is limited strictly to the value of services provided. Golden Green LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of property value, or lawn replacement costs.
Application Drift and Environmental Movement
Golden Green LLC applies lawn care products in accordance with manufacturer label instructions and professional industry standards. However, environmental conditions such as wind, temperature, humidity, and air movement may cause minor product movement beyond the intended treatment area. Golden Green LLC shall not be responsible for incidental or unintended effects to ornamental plants, gardens, landscaping, or adjacent vegetation when applications are performed according to label directions and professional standards.
Additional Promotional Conditions
12. Customer Responsibility
By participating, you confirm you are the property owner or authorized to approve treatment, have disclosed sensitive areas, and understand this is a limited, one-time promotional service.
14. Cancellation Policy
The homeowner may cancel service prior to the next scheduled treatment. Cancellation does not waive payment for services already performed.
15. One-Time Promotional Offer
Limited to one use per household. Applies to one visit only. May be modified or discontinued at any time, and does not create an ongoing service agreement.
16 & 17. Communication & Consent
By participating, you consent to receive service-related and marketing communications via email, SMS, mail, or phone. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly. Golden Green LLC does not sell personal information.
18. Photo Documentation Authorization
Technicians may take photographs of lawn areas for documenting conditions, recording completion, quality assurance, and training. Photos focus solely on lawn/weed conditions.
19. Pesticide Application Compliance
Golden Green LLC applies products in accordance with federal and state pesticide regulations. Approved for residential turf use when used according to label directions.
20 & 21. Eligibility & Discretionary Service
Open to residential properties in active service areas. Offered as a discretionary free service; submission does not guarantee identification, treatment, or scheduling.
22 & 23. Property Access & No Warranty
Participant affirms authority to grant property access and assumes responsibility for securing pets. Service provided “as is” without warranties.
25. Photo Submission & Use
By submitting a photo, you grant Golden Green LLC permission to use the image for identification, internal training, documentation, and anonymized educational/marketing use.
26 - 28. Modifications & Right to Refuse
Golden Green LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time and decline service if conditions are unsafe or the offer is misused.
29 - 31. Governing Law & Acceptance
Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Severability applies. By requesting, scheduling, or receiving service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
