- Preventative grub control is optional and priced separately from regular lawn applications.
- Aeration pricing is for one core aeration or liquid aeration service—not both. We'll help determine which service fits your lawn.
- Aeration and overseeding are priced separately. If you choose both, your quote will include both services.
- Overseeding ranges reflect seeding performed alongside an aeration visit. Contact us for standalone overseeding pricing.
