1. Service Estimates & Quotations
Prices shown on our website or provided via automated tools are general planning estimates based on treatable square footage. They are not final, binding quotations. Final pricing may vary after Golden Green confirms the treatable lawn area, property conditions, and recommended program.
2. SMS & Communications (A2P Compliance)
By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Golden Green Lawn Care regarding your service, estimates, scheduling, and support inquiries.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. We will not share your mobile information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Property Access & Preparation
To provide our services effectively, we require access to the treatable areas of your property on scheduled service days. You agree to ensure that gates are unlocked and pets are kept indoors during the application and until the treatment has dried according to the instructions left by our technicians.
For mechanical aeration services, homeowners are responsible for marking hidden hazards such as irrigation heads, invisible dog fences, shallow drain lines, and low-voltage lighting wires. Golden Green is not liable for damage to unmarked underground obstacles.
4. Guarantees & Offers
Any guarantees, including "The Golden Green Guarantee" and "Sunny's Seed Promise," are subject to you following all provided aftercare instructions (such as proper watering and mowing). Free offers, such as "Picture Your Weed" and "Two Free Applications," are subject to published eligibility requirements and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as agreed upon in your service plan (e.g., pay-as-you-go or pre-pay). We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if accounts are past due.
6. Limitation of Liability
Golden Green Lawn Care strives to provide the highest quality service. However, we cannot control weather conditions, pre-existing soil issues, or diseases that may affect your lawn. Our liability is limited to the cost of the application in question or re-treatment as outlined in our guarantees.
